Blood Drive This Saturday

LifeShare Blood Center will be conducting a special blood drive this Saturday November 24th.The bloodmobile will be at the Kmart on West 7th Street in Wake Village Saturday from 1 to 6:30 p.m. 16 years of age and up can now donate (16 year olds must have parental consent and meet eligibility requirements.)  I.D. is required and there is no age cap.

Each year 4.5 million fellow Americans have emergencies that nearly take their lives and the single most important factor of their survival is availability of blood at the time of their immediate need.

Blood collected by LifeShare Blood Center will stay in the community and could be saving the life of a friend, neighbor, family member or yourself. LifeShare Blood Center is the sole provider of blood products to our area hospitals.

The goal is more than 16 units on Saturday. Take a few minutes and share the gift of life, give blood.
