Bomb Threat Suspect Arrested
A Bomb threat ended with the arrest of a local man. Texarkana Arkansas Police responded to the Dollar General Store in the 1300 block of Dudley Street. Witnesses say a suspect entered the store, filled his basket with merchandise, and when he was unable to provide payment he was asked to leave the store

The snow didn’t last long yesterday after a cold rain washed most of it away by afternoon. However the 1 ½ inches did last long enough for my 9 year old son to build a snowman.

Winter Weather Advisory remain in effect until Noon today across the northern portion of the four states area. Bridges and overpasses have some ice on them and there have been reports of several accidents on Interstate 30 and the Loops around Texarkana

Several overpasses near New Boston Texas in Bowie County are closed this morning after an oversized load traveling eastbound on Interstate 30 struck the FM 993 and the Red Bayou Road overpasses causing damage to both structures
