Texas High Wins Kicker Cup

The Texas High Tigers are the winners of this year's KKYR Kicker Cup City Championship.The traveling trophy is awarded each year to the Texarkana high school football team that finishes the regular season with the best overall record. The Tigers won the trophy by going 9-1 this season including victories over Arkansas High and Liberty-Eylau.

KKYR will make the Kicker Cup Trophy presentation to Texas High Coach Barry Norton and his Tiger players this Thursday night at the Community Playoff Pep Rally and Bonfire.

The rally will begin at 6:30  p.m. Thursday night behind the multi-purpose building on the Texas High Campus.
