The University of Arkansas Community College at Hope has partnered with the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office to offer a Notary Public Seminar.

The Rescue Rama Garage Sale Fundraiser for the dog rescues is Saturday, September 8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a fundraiser to benefit participating dog rescues from the Texarkana area.
