Do you get those annoying robocalls that tell you that you have one a vacation or even a free cruise?

Recently there was a class action lawsuit filed by Philip Charvat against Resort Marketing Group, Inc. He claims he was contacted via cell phone and landline about a free cruise. This is in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The calls were made by the Carnival Cruise, or Norwegian Cruise line.

If you have received a call from them you may be eligible to receive up to $900 in this suite. It is broken down into 300 per call up to $900 per phone line. The calls were made between July 2009 and March 2014.
