Are you ready for the time change?

This weekend it will time to fall back one hour.

Why exactly do we turn the clock back anyway? Sure, we get to sleep in a bit so we don't feel too groggy on this part of the time change but it gets dark way to early for me. Then in the Spring we bounce forward an hour and walk around like zombies for weeks until we can adjust. Why can't we just set the clocks to one time and stay with it all throughout the year?

Daylight Saving Time ends on November 4 this year. We will fall back one hour. There goes our daylight. When we get home in the evenings it will be almost dark. Scientists have found that turning the clocks back is a waste of time and bad for your health. It takes away time for outdoor activities that help people stay healthy. The extra daylight helps people produce more natural vitamin D, which is created when the body is exposed to the sun.

I think we should leave the clock alone. What do you think?
