The food truck business is growing in Texarkana and the newest food truck business Fred's Wings-n-Things will be having its Grand Opening this Saturday, November 6, beginning at 12 noon in downtown Texarkana.

Fred's Wings-n-Things will be located at Brother's Food Court at 710 East 4th Street just across from the Arkansas DMV office. Locally owned and operated by Freddie and Brittany Barnett who are super excited to give Texarkana another option when it comes to the food truck business. The Barnett's invites all our community including family and friends to come on out at noon on Saturday and help with the celebration. There will be a great variety of food, live music, and fun for the whole family. You're gonna love Fred's seasoned fried chicken wings plain, buffalo, or lemon pepper flavor.

After this weekend's special event Fred's Wings-n-Things will be open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM, and on Saturday from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Many of you may remember Freddie from his football days at Arkansas High with brother Brandon Barnett who has his own business Razor Dogs. I guess you could say they are keeping their business in the family and that's a good thing. I wonder which brother is gonna win this competition!
