Texarkana’s ‘Lofts at The Grim’ Apartments to Open Soon

Here is another sign that downtown Texarkana is just going to get better and better. We've been watching the construction unfold on the Hotel Grim, and now it's almost ready. In fact, now there is so much interest in the apartments that there is now a waiting list. That is a great position to be in.  

According to KTBS the Project Manager Tim Minson told KTBS:

"We manage about 12,000 properties throughout the United States and we own quite a few as well. Never in our history have we had this kind of response at this stage of the project, so that is super encouraging."

They said they are running a little behind schedule as it was expected to open this past spring but now it looks like the "Lofts at the Grim" will be ready for tenants by this Fall. I know a lot of us can't wait to walk into the lobby and finally get to take a look at it and all the restoration that has taken place.

The Hotel Grim Apartments will have 93 apartments available from studio to 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans.
