Texarkana Arkansas Police Could Use Your Help Identifying Mailbox Thief

Have you seen this car, or the person driving it in your neighborhood? The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department would love to find this person that has been allegedly stealing from mailboxes.

According to the TAPD Facebook page:

The Texarkana Police Department is seeking information to assist us in identifying some mail theives! Early this month the photographed subject was captured on camera stealing mail from a residential area in Texarkana, AR.
