We may have spoken too soon about being over the hump, overall cases took a pretty big jump this week in Trauma Service Area F (that's us), however, hospitalizations are still trending downward. Trauma Service Area F (see charts below) includes Texarkana, New Boston, and Paris. There are a lot of these cams in major metropolitan areas of course, much fewer around us here in the Texarkana area, but they do paint a good picture of what's happening with our winter weather today.

The Department of State Health Services is reporting an additional 1694 probable cases with a total of 5370 estimated recoveries.
