That's reported cases, hospitalizations are up in Texas Trauma Service Area F (see charts below) which includes Texarkana, New Boston, and Paris, but not as much as you might think. Thanksgiving leftovers were not limited to turkey and dressing this year as COVID-19 cases increased slightly in our area post turkey day. Trauma Service Area F (see charts below) which includes Texarkana, New Boston, and Paris, has a reported 42 people hospitalized, that's up a bit from 33 reported last week, 15 of those in ICU, 8 on ventilators, and thank goodness, still 0 pediatric cases.
