Enrollment for summer classes at the University of Arkansas- Hope-Texarkana campuses is currently under way.As one scrolls through pictures of friends and family who recently graduated, the consideration of their education goals may have been sparked into a burning flame to pursue a higher education.

University officials say, today is a great day to get a head-start on your higher education by enrolling in Summer I or Summer II sessions at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana.  By enrolling today, you will join the more than 350 students who are taking advantage of the “dog days” of summer by getting ahead with their higher education goals.

Some students prefer summer courses because of the condensed format and typical smaller class size. Summer semesters also allow the student to focus on a particular subject and complete that class in just a few weeks versus a regular four-month semester.
Whether a recent high school graduate ready to begin, a current college student home for the summer, or an individual who has just been putting off going back to college, Summer I and Summer II may be your bridge to a brighter future. Students of all ages can enjoy the atmosphere of summertime classes.
Summer I classes begin on June 1 and Summer II classes begin July 6.   A full list of summer class offerings can be viewed online at the college's website.
