St. Michael Fitness Center to Host Health Fair

You are invited to attend a free health fair tomorrow.

CHRISTUS St. Michael Health & Fitness Center will host a free community health fair on Thursday, Jan. 22, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held at the CHRISTUS St. Michael Health & Fitness Center, 2223 Galleria Oaks Drive.

Free health and wellness information will be available as well as blood sugar and cholesterol screening, bone density screening, blood pressure checks, PSA blood draws, and chair massages. Other information will include topics on exercise, marathon training, diabetes, stroke, heart health, incontinence, sleep apnea, Alzheimer's, medication review, healthy aging, honoring life choices, Hospice, bone and joint health, dentistry, insurance options and Weight Watchers.
