Several Intersections Will Be Closed for Improvements

Community Development Block Grant drainage improvements will result in the closure of two Texarkana, Arkansas intersections later this month.The intersections affected will be Draughn and College streets and Seibert and Williams Taylor Streets. Draughn and College will be clsoed beginning July 22nd. Seibert and William Taylor streets will be closed beginning July 29th.

Each closure will last  about four weeks as existing culverts beneath the roads are replaced. Barricades and warning signs will be installed at each location. If you need more information you can call the Texarkana, Arkansas Public Works Department at (870) 779-4971.
