Railroad Repairs Closes Street

Maintenance and repair of some KCS Railroad Tracks has a portion of Richmond Road closed in Texarkana, Texas.City officials say that Richmond Road between Summerhill Road and Texas Boulevard is closed until approximately 5 p.m. this Thursday afternoon. Detour signage is in place and citizens are encouraged to avoid the area and find alternate routes until later this evening.
