Harvest Regional Food Bank is returning to Columbia County with its Commodity Mobile Pantry on Wednesday, October 27, then Howard County on Wednesday, November 3.

Waldo, Arkansas is the place to be for the Harvest Regional Food Bank distribution of the food boxes directly from their truck on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 9 AM to 11 AM or until all boxes have been distributed. The truck will be parked at 102 E. Main St., Waldo, AR (Fire Department). Next Mobile Pantry for Columbia Co Residents will be on January 5, 2022. So be sure and put that in your calendar.

With CDC precautions and recommendations against the Coronavirus still in place, Harvest is taking every measure to ensure the safety of its staff, volunteers and recipients. Mobile pantries are now operating as “drive-thru” distributions, with food boxes being loaded directly into vehicles. Recipients will not be allowed to exit the vehicle or park to pick up food.

Harvest Regional Food Bank is returning to Howard County with its TEFAP USDA Commodity Mobile Pantry. “With the recent rise in hunger, it’s more important than ever that Harvest meet the needs of our food-insecure families where they are,” says Camille Coker Wrinkle, CEO/Executive Director. “Our goal is to continue
making sure families have the food they need, even during this challenging time.”

Harvest Regional Food Bank will distribute TEFAP USDA Commodities directly from their truck on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM or until all boxes have been distributed. The truck will be parked at the Nashville Parks & Recreation located at 1301 W Johnson St, Nashville, AR. Next Mobile Pantry is February 2, 2022.
