Fiscal Policy Highlights Arkansas Side Board Meeting
The Texarkana Arkansas City Board of Directors holds its regularly scheduled meeting tonight at City Hall. The meeting was moved from yesterday due to the Labor Day holiday.
The board will consider an ordinance concerning a fiscal policy for the city.

Adopt a Resolution authorizing and directing the Acting City Manager to amend the 2015 Budget allocating Stormwater Reserve Funds to Cherrybark Circle and Whataburger/Rustin Circle Drainage Improvements. (PWD)
Adopt a Resolution approving the request for Main Street Texarkana, Dine on the Line event, to be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. (PWD)

10. Citizen Communication [Agenda Item Card and Citizens’ Communication Card]
A limit of five (5) minutes per subject is allotted for any person to express a written or oral viewpoint, grievance or other message to the Board of Directors, with a maximum of fifty (50) minutes allotted for citizen communications. No advance permission is required, but persons wishing to address the Board are requested to fill out a “blue” card listing the subject to be addressed and hand it to the City Clerk upon arrival. Citizen’s communications will be immediately following the Regular Agenda items on each agenda.
