It took a jury less than two hours to convict Eddie Ray Routh of capitol murder in the 2013 shooting deaths of Chris Kyle and Chad Littlefield.

The jury was unanimous in their decision and the Judge sentenced Routh to life in prison without parole.

Chad Littlefield's mother spoke to reporters in a video posted on the Fox News Facebook page,

Twenty-seven-year-old Routh admitted to killing Kyle and Littlefield, but pleaded not guilty. He shot the men in the back at a Texas shooting range on February 2, 2013. Routh's mother had asked Kyle to help with her son, who she believed suffered from PTSD.
