Dazzling All-New Trail of Lights at Piney Park Opens Nov. 18

We have finally made it to November and the holiday season is almost here. Like many folks what would the holiday season be without heading outdoors to look at Christmas light displays? There is a brand new holiday-themed park that is getting ready to open on November 18, minutes from Texarkana.

Piney Park Trail of Lights

It's named Piney Park, and it's located in the East Texas town of Marshall, Texas a short drive from Texarkana.  The Marshall Courthouse Square won't be the only thing lit up this year, which has been a longtime tradition but the new Piney Park is a walk-through not a drive-thru like so many others of its kind. This park has been in the works for quite some time and developers of this new attraction are excited to bring the magic of Christmas to you and your family up close and personal. No more waiting in long lines in drive-thru parks because at Piney Park you can stroll at your leisure while you are totally immersed in the half-mile sparking Trail of Lights.

Light Maze

See if you can find your way out of the 10,000 square foot lighted maze, or slide down a 100-foot slide at Piney Peak.

45-Foot Christmas Tree

Kids are gonna love the 45-foot tall lighted tree, play area with Jumbo Jumpers, Gingerbread house, and a visit with Santa Claus where you can take a picture or get one professionally done.

Sweets and Treats

And when you're done with all that enjoy some tasty treats at the Sweet Shack or grab some delicious foods in Food Truck Park while you listen to live music in the park. Before you leave make sure you stop by the Holiday Market for some unique gifts and more.

Piney Park opens November 18 - January 1. Monday-Saturday closed on Sunday. Grand opening weekend begins Nov. 18, so now is the time to purchase early bird discount tickets while you can. Be sure and check their calendar for special discounts and codes throughout the next two months. Admission to Piney Park includes free parking and other attractions, kids 2 and under are free.
