Anomaly Caught on Film at Hotel Grim [PHOTOS]

I have had many odd things brought to my attentions since I started with the Haunted Texarkana Ghost Walks. Last week this photograph was brought to us, and we aren't quite sure what it is... what do you think?

Rick Cruise caught this when photographing some of the old buildings in downtown Texarkana. In this photo of the Hotel Grim you can see what looks to be some sort of mist spewing from a third floor window. We aren't sure what to make of it. What do you think it is?
