Easter is almost here. And if you're one of the many people looking for unique ways to celebrate the Easter holiday, nothing says "Happy Easter" better than a traditional Easter basket. Well, I can show you how to make a giant Easter basket using a child's kiddie wading pool.

A few years ago, my friend, Kendra, who used to work middays on Kicker 102.5 shared an idea about how to make a huge Easter basket using a child's swimming pool. So, I thought I would expand on her idea.

Don't laugh at my Easter Bunny ears. I was just trying to get into the spirit of things.

Here's a step-by-step photo guide on how to make a huge Easter Basket with a kid's swimming pool.

Step 6 Use a Hula Hoop for the handle by pulling it apart. Attach it to the pool using Duct Tape. Depending on the color of the pool, try using Duct Tape of the same color. We used pink.

Step 7 Enjoy giving the giant Easter Basket and watch the kids' eyes light up.

The nice thing about giving away this basket is that you can make it for one child or give it to all your kids. And, after the pool is empty they can use it to swim in for the summer. How cool is that?

So, there you are -- a great way to do something different this Easter. By the way, we are going to donate our Easter Basket to the Boys and Girls Club of Texarkana.

Happy Easter!
