On Sunday there is a very enjoyable event set up for the blessing of your beloved pets. I have attended a pet blessing before and it was amazing! Church affiliation does not matter.

On Saturday, October 4 the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce will host the 2014 Hoot-N-Holler Festival in Downtown Atlanta, TX - Food and retail vendors, games and activities, attractions and LIVE music from the Captain Joe Band.

It is time for the annual Hope Watermelon Festival in Hope, Arkansas! Arts and crafts, great music, country music artist David Nail concert, eat watermelon, seed spitting contest and tons of booths....even get some watermelon by the slice.

There were many games for the kids (and adults) to compete in during the 2014 Sparks in the Park celebration at the Four States Fairgrounds in Texarkana, Arkansas. The Bubble Blowing Contest was pretty fun to watch...a bit of a sticky situation for some.
